2. The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking or advertising technology. Fonts and videos are served from our own hosting. Personal data only reaches us when you actively send it, through the contact form or by email.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, and the pages accessed) in server logs to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU standard contractual clauses.
4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, company, and your message) is transmitted via the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and forwarded to our email inbox. We use this data exclusively to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). FormSubmit may process data on servers outside the EU; transfers are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses. If you prefer not to use the form, you can always email us directly.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you provide to handle your request and possible follow-up questions. We do not share this data with third parties unless required to deliver the service you asked for.
6. Retention
We store inquiries only as long as needed to process them or as long as statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. for correspondence that becomes part of a business relationship).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16), and erase (Art. 17) your personal data, to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). To exercise your rights, email us at the address above.
